Donations are the only means of building El Haven; there is very little financial aid possible from within Vanuatu. Land has been purchased just outside the capital, Port Vila. We are now seeking your help in building El Haven.  The Prime Minister of Vanuatu acknowledges the need and welcomes our assistance. (see letter below)

JULY 6- Work is progressing smoothly. Walls have been poured to window level for 1/2 the building. Windows are now being placed in preparation for pouring to 2400 height.
